But hey: as long as these wines’ stock is up and running, you still have time to request yourself some bottles! Just go down to the wines’ landing pages, fill the form there and wait for our answer.

***

That is why I want to give you something simple for a pairing: tapas.

Yes, those delicious small portions of dishes and appetizers that you find everywhere in Spain, being served with wine, beer, cocktails, liquors.…

Tapas for these two Spanish early ripenings

Both the selected wines are made from variations of Tempranillo.

In terms of food pairing, the Tempranillos are well-known for their versatility. They go well with smoky, roasted or cured meats, potato and corn-based dishes, cured cheeses and even desserts. Here are our very Spanish tapas suggestions, then!

Both our latest Wine Club offers go well with highlights of what you find in a good Spanish cheese and charcuterie plate. So go assemble one, and be sure to have extra portions of these three beauties:

#block-yui_3_17_2_1_1588688571103_32045 .sqs-gallery-block-grid .sqs-gallery-design-grid { margin-right: -2px; }
#block-yui_3_17_2_1_1588688571103_32045 .sqs-gallery-block-grid .sqs-gallery-design-grid-slide .margin-wrapper { margin-right: 2px; margin-bottom: 2px; }

Jamón iberico is the staple Spanish delicious ham. Big-time starter! As for chorizo: this cured beauty speaks for itself. And manchego cheese is arguably one of the best sheep milk cheeses.

Let me also suggest you three cooked (or fried) options:

#block-yui_3_17_2_1_1588688571103_47736 .sqs-gallery-block-grid .sqs-gallery-design-grid { margin-right: -2px; }
#block-yui_3_17_2_1_1588688571103_47736 .sqs-gallery-block-grid .sqs-gallery-design-grid-slide .margin-wrapper { margin-right: 2px; margin-bottom: 2px; }

Croquetas de jamón are moist, fried, decadent. I love it! Patatas bravas are even better with a spicy tomato-based sauce on top and garlicky alioli on the side. It’s addictive. Top it off with arroz caldoso (oh: this soupy rice with tomato and spices is even better with chicken and chickpeas, trust me).

PS: During a trip to Andalucía (Andalusia), I fell in love with berenjenas fritas con miel de caña (fried eggplants topped with molasses). I swear to you: try it if you can, when things are back to normal. You won’t regret.

Hungry, already? Make it better with our next two launches, then!
